A large folder of photographs can be difficult to enjoy when every image appears equally important. Choose one event or period and make a small selection that tells its story. Include a mixture of people, places, and details that you want to remember.
Give the collection a clear name and add a brief note with the date and location. Keep the original files separate from any edited copies so you can return to them later. There is no need to organize an entire archive in one sitting.
Once the selection feels complete, view the images in order. Remove repeated scenes and keep the pictures that add something distinct. A short collection can be easier to share and revisit than hundreds of nearly identical photographs.
