Safari Overview

Mikumi National Park has been slated to become a hotspot for tourism in Tanzania. It is located between the Uluguru Mountains and the Lumango range and is the fourth-largest national park in Tanzania. This safari offers you a single full game drive in Mikumi National Park, in Southern Tanzania, in the Morogoro region, about 320 kilometers from Dar es Salaam. This safari will start at 4:00 am from Dar es Salaam.

Safari Itinerary

Day 1

Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park

Early in the morning at 4:00 am, we will pick you up from your hotel or airport and drive to Mikumi National Park. Your hot lunch will be inside a park. You will arrive on time at 9:00 am and start a game drive. After lunch, proceed with an afternoon game drive in the park. It’s home to elephants, lions, wild dogs, zebras, hyenas, buffalo, wildebeests, elands, hartebeests, crocodiles, lizards, and other residents. Over 300 species of birds are found in this park and you can also observe them awesomely.
At 3:00 pm, you’ll drive to Dar es Salaam for further schedules. You’ll arrive in Dar es Salaam around 8:30 pm. This will be the end of our trip.
